Industrial Electrician - Manufacturing Maintenance

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $32.26 per hour

Shifts: 1st and 3rd Shift Openings

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support manufacturing equipment maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and new installations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, automation, and machine repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and electrical installations on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams to complete wiring and repairs
• Execute new equipment installations and wiring projects per technical documentation
• Utilize meters and diagnostic tools to evaluate AC/DC and high-voltage systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain efficient manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong background in industrial electrical systems and machine troubleshooting
• Experience with robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass an Electrician aptitude test
