These are the qualifications that matter.

• Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Equipment Operation: Exceptional knowledge of and ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks, picker trucks, and reach trucks.
• Technical Literacy:Familiarity with industry part numbers, warehouse management processes, and basic computer/PC use.
• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
• Reliability:Ability to consistently work the designated shift hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
• Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Management:Facilitate and maintain workload distribution for your assigned area and set clear daily expectations for personnel.
• Operational Direction:Oversee general warehouse processes, including picking, packing, receiving, and putting parts into storage.
• Team Development:Facilitate training for employees in all operational aspects and provide performance appraisals as needed.
• Inventory & Housekeeping:Accountable for bin location accuracy, reporting damaged parts, and maintaining high standards for warehouse housekeeping.
• Liaison Duties:Serve as the primary link between staff and supervisors to communicate support requests and implement labor redistribution.
• Safety Promotion:Ensure all employees and visitors adhere to general safety requirements and PPE standards.
