What You'll Actually Do

You'll talk with customers, back up the sales team, and keep orders from getting stuck. You'll work with finance and logistics to make sure details are right and customers know what's going on.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

• 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial products preferred
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail in quoting and order entry processes
• Ability to interpret basic product specifications or drawings
• Primarily office-based role with occasional interaction on the production floor

Here's the Day-to-Day Breakdown:

Inside Sales Support

• Respond to customer and distributor inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
• Prepare accurate quotes including pricing, lead times, and terms
• Follow up on quotes to support sales conversion and revenue growth
• Assist customers with product selection and application guidance
• Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts and sales partners

Order Processing

• Enter and manage customer orders in ERP systems
• Verify pricing, part numbers, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to confirm lead times
• Provide order status updates and shipment tracking to customers

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, and product questions
• Manage returns and quality issues (RMA process)
• Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships

CRM & Product Support

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Document customer feedback and support continuous improvement efforts
• Develop working knowledge of products and applications and escalate technical inquiries as needed
