Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Maintain real-time awareness of site conditions, including load volume, staffing concerns, and operational challenges
• Respond immediately to site shutdowns or load disruptions, communicate root cause, current status, and corrective action plans to GC contacts
• Supervise Welcome Center staff, ensuring productivity, attendance, and adherence to processes and procedures
• Escalate critical issues to leadership, including safety concerns, HR matters, driver behavior, and major operational disruptions
• Identify and escalate supplier or process-related issues impacting site flow (e.g., missing load numbers, recurring inefficiencies)
• Lead weekly shift alignment meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align team priorities
• Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to optimize operations and reduce inefficiencies
• Promote and lead a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
