Looking for a warehouse job near %%location%%? We need Warehouse Associate workers who can move freight with speed, accuracy, and safety - and get paid every week.

On the Clock

• Process freight documentation and maintain audit-ready shipping records
• Manage international small parcel and pallet shipments using shipping software
• Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices and packing lists
• Ensure shipments comply with international shipping guidelines and regulations
• Maintain knowledge of IATA, IMDG, and DOT/49 CFR hazardous materials regulations
• Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders for booking and shipment tracking
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and warehouse accuracy
• Respond to customer service requests and resolve shipping or logistics issues
• Support warehouse operations and KPI performance goals
• Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies

Tools You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or assembly role
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping software
• Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Frequent standing, bending, and material handling
• Exposure to warehouse equipment and materials
• Requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
