• 1 year of operator experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use hand tools and small machines
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse environments

Main Responsibilities

• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and excess material from machined parts (metal or plastic)
• Use hand tools (files, sandpaper, grinders, deburring tools) to smooth surfaces
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Read basic blueprints or work instructions
• Clean and prepare parts for the next stage (assembly, coating, or shipping)
• Perform basic measurements using tools like calipers or gauges
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report any defects or issues to supervisors
