Employee Type: Regular Mitigation Resources is looking for an experienced Construction Earthwork Estimator. The qualified candidate will be responsible for bidding and coordinating earthwork projects from conception to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for excavation, grading, and other earth-moving activities by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and site conditions, while factoring in labor, equipment, and material costs. The individual collaborates with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and aids in the management of on-site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and timelines. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a deep understanding of construction processes are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing project demands and resolve issues effectively.Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
