Voith Hydro is hiring for: Manager Continuous Improvement and QMS Summary - The Regional Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for driving and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across the Regional Quality organization. The role leads regional initiatives to reduce quality-related costs and commercial changes through structured problem solving, 8D methodology, and systematic Lessons Learned processes. The position includes responsibility for coordinating and guiding local Quality functions to ensure alignment with regional objectives and consistent implementation of best practices. In addition, the role assumes regional Quality Management System (QMS) responsibilities derived from global governance to strengthen compliance, audit readiness, and management system maturity in the region.
