Job Description:
As a Technician for the Fairburn Blend Center, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that a quality product is delivered to our customers on time and within their specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Follow all safety procedures and work to continuously improve safety within our work cell
* Wear appropriate PPE associated with handling liquid and dry chemicals
* Conduct inventory checks and communicate information critical to raw material inventory management
* Perform batch recipe tasks using information in Oracle R12
* Must be able to read and execute batch instruction with high attention to detail
* Must be computer literate
* Operate industrial manufacturing fork truck
* Perform routine quality inspections of equipment

Additional Requirements
* Must be able to work with others to promote teamwork and a positive workplace environment
* Ability to work overtime
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 70 lbs.
* Must be able to make basic mathematical calculations and the ability to read a scale.

Experience and Education
* Experience in a production/warehouse environment is required
* Color lab experience a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required
