Do you want to become part of a team that is dedicated to improving the health of the community members that we serve? If so, join ChristianaCare as the Community Health Program Supervisor. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functioning and coordination of the assigned program(s); this includes supporting clinical providers, clinical duties as assigned, program development, operations, and evaluation; working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program delivery; assuring data is collected required, and that Community Medicine goals are met. The candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in community program administration and leadership, along with a proven record of partnering with community and government agencies. In addition, the candidate should have experience leading a team either directly or indirectly. Qualifications:
