Lead Travel Agent

A busy and growing Business Travel Agency in Annandale, VA is seeking an experienced Lead Travel Agent with strong Sabre GDS expertise to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic corporate travel team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned travel professional with advanced Sabre skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex itineraries while delivering exceptional client service.

• Manage and book complex domestic travel arrangements (air, hotel, and car) using Sabre GDS
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
• Provide leadership and guidance to travel consultants; assist with workflow coordination
• Issue, exchange, and reissue airline tickets; manage itinerary changes
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and client preferences
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve travel disruptions efficiently
• Maintain accurate client profiles and booking records
• Communicate effectively with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and vendors

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p (in office)
