Job Summary
The
Start-Up Apprentice or Tech I supports the Construction department by assisting with the start-up, testing, and functionality checks of newly installed HVAC and related mechanical systems. This role is designed for individuals beginning their career in HVAC/start-up operations and will work under close guidance from experienced Start-Up Technicians. Responsibilities include learning to perform equipment start-ups, documenting findings, and ensuring quality and safety on all assigned job sites.
