Clarivate is seeking to hire an innovative Director, HR Data Management, to join our global team! Reporting directly to the VP, Talent Acquisition, this strategic role will oversee Position Management, HR Analytics, and the Project Management Office (PMO) within Human Resources. As a key leader, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies for people analytics, position management, and HR project governance. You will establish and execute a robust roadmap for HR analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization standards, while ensuring best practices across position management and HR project delivery. By collaborating with HR colleagues and senior leadership, you will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and analytics, leveraging Workday, Power BI, and other analytical tools. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR analytics, position management, and/or HR technology, including advanced expertise in Workday reporting (report writing, calculated fields, data sources, security, dashboard creation and maintenance)
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and other data analytics/visualization tools; demonstrated willingness and ability to expand technical skillsets

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field
- Workday Reporting Pro Certification and/or Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change; effective at managing multiple complex projects and priorities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization; ability to swiftly learn new software and technologies
- Expertise in position management processes, organizational design, and workforce planning
What will you be doing in this role?...
- Partner with HR and Senior Leadership teams to enable data-driven people decisions through advanced reporting, analytics, and position management strategies
- Deliver quarterly/annual board of directors and company reporting
- Design, develop, and oversee dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids for executive leadership, ensuring on-demand access and actionable insights via Workday and other platforms
- Leverage deep Workday HCM reporting knowledge to create and maintain complex analytics solutions, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending reports, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets
- Configure, optimize, and oversee Workday reports and dashboards for managers, executives, and HR team members, focusing on performance and data integrity
- Lead and mentor teams in HR analytics, position management, and HR PMO, providing guidance and professional development to ensure operational excellence
- Identify and resolve data integrity, report performance, and position management challenges, leveraging analytics and system logs
- Collaborate with technology and security teams to define and implement calculated fields, security policies, and Workday objects to support evolving organizational and reporting needs
- Oversee the HR Project Management Office, ensuring effective project governance, prioritization, and delivery of HR initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations, analytics, and position management processes to support strategic business goals
About the Team You will manage a team of Human Resources Professionals. The team culture emphasizes collaboration across the business, continuous improvement and the ability to get things done accurately and timely. The high visibility of this role will allow your data analysis, reporting writing and critical thinking to shine at the Executive level. Hours of Work This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your local time zone. Hybrid schedule: Up to 3 days per week in the office.
