Responsibilities Job Summary The IT Process Manager is a senior position which will be responsible for the strategy, design, coordination, deployment, and management of the assigned IT Service Management (ITSM) process for the Organization. Examples of ITSM processes include, but are not limited to, IT Change Management, IT Release Management, IT Incident Management, etc. This responsibility is inclusive of relevant supporting systems and technologies. These processes align with Industry Standards, such as ITIL. The primary focus is to implement integrated strategies and systems that will manage the impact of the assigned process, which may include IT, clinical, and / or administrative workflows. Must work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency of the pertinent process. Will also work with leaders and other partners outside of IT in the daily course of their duties. Essential Functions
