We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Procore's AI Division. In this role, you'll define the technical direction of our agentic systems and lead the development of AI-driven solutions that automate construction workflows at scale. The primary goal of this role is to architect and drive the delivery of reliable, scalable agentic platforms that set the foundation for Procore's AI strategy. As a Staff Software Engineer , you'll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to shape the technical roadmap for agentic automation. Use your TypeScript, Python and distributed systems expertise to drive high-impact architectural decisions and raise the technical bar across the team. You'll influence how thousands of construction teams work-apply today. This position reports into an Engineering Manager and will be based in our San Francisco offices. Base Pay Range: 193,844.00 - 266,535.50 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
