Job Summary Danisco USA, Inc. seeks Senior Scientist Culinary in New Century, KS to deliver technical support to customers across the US, including Global Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Food Science, Food Science and Technology, or a related field, and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation: working in industrial food, ingredient, or flavor industry; working with formula ingredients, raw materials and their function; developing finished product formulations incorporating technologies, and meeting industrial standards, country specifics, and client requirements including profile, legal, cost, and stability requirements; providing technical guidance on problems relating to raw materials, solutions, finished prototypes and initial scale-up procedures; creating and executing training programs for technical and commercial staff; providing technical services to customers including plant trials, troubleshooting, and trainings; and participating in in-house visits including answering technical questions and conducting seminars and presentations. 30% national travel required.
