Where You'll Make a Difference

• Compound essential oils and prepare finished fragrance samples.

• Maintain a perfumer's log of corporate numbers and targets.

• Renew raw materials and solutions to ensure shelf life compliance.

• Properly maintain lab cleanliness and organization.

• Support other labs when assigned by the supervisor.

• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities based on business demands.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet customer needs.

• Ensure safe handling and storage of raw materials.

• Uphold quality standards in all lab procedures.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Technical knowledge of liquid compounding and raw material handling.

• Comfortable using automated systems and computer task management tools.

• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

• Ability to give and receive verbal and written communications.

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and navigating stairwells multiple times daily.

• Willingness to bend and reach for oil retrieval tasks.

• High-School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).

How Would You Stand Out?

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of previous lab experience.

• SAP knowledge is a plus.
