Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Systems Monitoring Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is an application systems monitoring role, working with an application development team, infrastructure operations, and engineering team to develop monitoring solutions that will mimic end-user experience and synthetic transactions. The ideal candidate will need to understand how different components in an application work together, including interactions with middleware, system software, and hardware. This role involves benchmarking key performance indicators, documenting use cases, and creating test and implementation plans.Responsibilities:
