Who we are looking for:

The Sr Executive Services Representative is primarily responsible for advocating on behalf of the customers to ensure complete and accurate research of their mortgage servicing concerns.




  • Location: Onsite daily
  • Compensation: $23-27/hr + bonus



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Document customer concerns and perform initial research using a variety of resources to determine if there are account updates and corrections needed
  2. Evaluate the information provided in the complaint to determine if all required information is documented and obtain any missing details from the customer and or loan officer.
  3. Make account updates and corrections recommendations to a third-party mortgage servicing provider
  4. Advocate on behalf of the customer when the concern(s) requires additional research by the third-party service provider
  5. Ensure timely, clear and accurate updates are provided to the customer and internal stakeholders on a regular basis until research is fully completed
  6. Document all interactions fully and accurately within the system of record
  7. Assist other Account Executives in signing up new correspondent clients
  8. Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned



What you'll need to be successful:




  • High School Graduate, GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Must have a solid understanding of escrow management and payment processing
  • Organized with good problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional listening skills in addition to verbal/written communication (chat/email/verbal)
  • Ability to read and interpret information furnished in various mediums
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate within multiple systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
