About the Role

As a Charge, you'll play a critical role in our blood collection operations. You'll oversee staff at blood drives or donor centers while ensuring a safe, smooth, and positive experience for every donor.

This hands-on role includes:

• Leading and supporting your team during collections
• Providing exceptional donor care
• Performing all aspects of the donation process (registration, screening, physicals, phlebotomy)
• Assisting with transportation of equipment, including driving company vehicles when needed

Schedule: Full-time (30-39 hours/week) and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends..

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with the public
• Reliable, stable work history
• Commitment to following procedures and ensuring safety
• Healthcare experience (a plus)
• Ability to travel for training (up to 2 weeks)
• Flexibility to work varied schedules
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• REAL ID required
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and MVR
