Description THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXPERIENCE SERVICING A PORTFOLIO OF LOANS THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFECYCLE. LOAN PROCESSING, ORIGINATION, OR ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE COUNTED -Manage daytoday servicing of construction and realestate loan portfolios, including endorsements, title reviews, and draw requests -Process and reconcile payments, payoffs, adjustments, and escrow/impound activities within servicing systems -Review and validate loan documentation, budgets, insurance, inspections, and project progress reports -Respond to internal teams, borrowers, and third parties regarding loan status, project milestones, and servicing issues -Maintain accurate records and generate reports for audits, compliance, financial reporting, and portfolio monitoring Additional Skills & Qualifications -Experience with construction loan management platforms or commercial servicing systems -Knowledge of lien waiver processes, construction timelines, retainage calculations, and budget-to-actual tracking -Familiarity with CRE underwriting, loan covenants, collateral monitoring, and project feasibility reviews -Strong Excel skills for budget tracking, reconciliations, and reporting -Ability to identify and escalate documentation gaps, servicing errors, or projectrelated risks Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
