Position Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. The Senior Financial Performance Analyst supports the achievement of corporate financial and growth goals by providing management in all areas of the company with necessary financial information and analysis pertaining to our profitability and key financial measures. You will design, analyze and maintain financial operational reporting systems to provide this information. You will support the company's financial and growth objectives by delivering the analysis, insights, and reporting leadership needed to understand profitability and key performance drivers. You will design, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reporting systems to ensure management has timely, accurate, and actionable information for decisionmaking. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110 Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role.
