Sr Analysts, Credit Risk Management located in Frisco, TX, will perform the following duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand relevant data features and KPIs (5%). Gather and document Business requirements (10%). Partner with customers and stakeholders on the development and production of requested data and standard reports. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements (10%). Deliver functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes and reporting systems (2%). Gather data inputs from multiple sources. Run routine data queries from reporting tools. Ensure integrity of data and reporting (5%). Translate business requirements into process/system functional requirements and identify/assess potential data source (10%). Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps. Stay abreast of emerging strategic capabilities and data availabilities (5%). Manage day-to-day support issues ensuring effective and timely resolution. Duties include resolving and tracking user issues (10%). Design, specify, test, and document program modifications and functional enhancements (10%). Create and maintain operational requirements and standards documentation (5%). Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders. Establish strong partnerships to obtain desired results(5%). Support cross-functional partners to problem solve and implement solutions (3%). Assist with analysis, design, and testing of various enhancements and changes to data/reports (10%). Conduct trouble shooting for reporting anomalies and build safeguards for correct data in reporting (5%). Facilitate/lead reviews (walkthroughs) of specifications and program code with other members of the technical team; communicate design, requirements, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team members (3%). Track and communicate project risks, team activities and project status to management and stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle (2%). Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week. No additional national or international travel is anticipated.
Skill requirements:
(1) Using SQL, SAS, python, and other statistical/analytical programming languages to manipulate large amounts of data, extract key insights from the data, and communicate actionable recommendations based upon insight. (2) Using Tableau and Power BI to create clear and concise visualizations which tell a story. (3) Cleansing, transforming, and manipulating extremely large datasets from multiple sources including Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, HTML, and Azure Blob Storage. (4) Building automated extract, transform, and load processes using scheduled Azure Databricks workflows and Alteryx to enable reliable data pipelines for analysis and reporting. (5) Developing NLP and LLM-based solutions to extract actionable insights from complex, unstructured datasets by automating semantic analysis, entity recognition, and contextual summarization using Python libraries including LDA, LSA, LSI, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy to enable scalable analytics. (6) Leveraging in-depth knowledge of Collections and Credit Risk operations and tools including FICO Blaze Advisor and FICO TRIAD Customer Manager to ensure proper monitoring of collections strategies and flows and to provide performance readouts for champion/challenger testing. Experience working with outreach platforms such as CallTech, outbound messaging vendors, and outside collection agencies to establish reporting showing tracking to KPIs.

OTHER: Work hours: 40 hours/week. Texas Pay Range: $141,773.00 to $155,000.00/year. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
