Job DetailsHaemonetics is seeking a Systems Engineer I to join the Systems R&D team supporting the TEG 6s diagnostic platform. This role is intended for an early-career engineer with strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to work across disciplines to solve complex engineering problems. Within Systems R&D, "system" means the entire platform - the instrument hardware and software, microfluidic cartridge, reagents, data analysis, and user experience. The Systems Engineer works across these domains to understand user needs, system requirements and performance, investigate issues, and support improvements to the integrated product. This role is hands-on and analytical, combining laboratory experimentation, system characterization and data analysis to define, refine, and/or verify requirements with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and scientific affairs. The ideal candidate enjoys thinking across disciplines, running experiments, analyzing data, making technical judgments, and collaborating to move solutions forward. EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
