Title: Hospital Maintenance Technician Location: Fairfield, CA 94533 Shift: Day Shift (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 8 AM - 5 PM) Duration: 3 Month Payrate: $30/hr. on W2 without benefits NOTES: 2-3 years of maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, or mechanical). Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Hospital Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across hospital facilities, including patient rooms and building systems. This role also supports vendors and assists with minor construction and emergency repairs. Role & Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on doors, windows, plumbing, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair building equipment. Complete work orders and maintain accurate records. Conduct routine inspections of lighting, grounds, and systems. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Support contractors and assist with facility projects. Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Skills: Experience in hospital or hospitality settings Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
