Job Summary The Manager of Compliance Training leads the team of trainers responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Control Center operators. This role ensures that all operator training meets mandatory regulatory requirements (including PER 005 and COM 002 4) and supports safe, reliable real time operations. The manager oversees the full lifecycle of operator training (initial qualification, continuing education, simulation-based training, and compliance documentation) and ensures alignment with Federal and State regulations, including those from FERC, NERC, Reliability First (RF), and MISO. This position also contributes to NIPSCO's broader NERC 693 and NERC CIP compliance efforts as they relate to operator readiness and training. Essential Functions
