About the Role:
You will be joining a dynamic team working on new software features for Qlarant's flagship case management platform, RIViR!

You will be supporting the RIViR program contributing to day-to-day operations while learning about software engineering, data analytics, and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of RIViR software features assigned by project managers and team leads. Conducts research, prepares reports, and provides analytical support as needed.
  • Support daily project related functions functions, including feature assessment, checking in code, unit testing software components, and making software fixes.
  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks and contribute to team meetings. Participates in departmental activities and provides input on ongoing projects.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, or seminars to gain industry knowledge and develop relevant skills. Seek feedback and mentorship from supervisors and colleagues to improve performance.
  • Investigate new engineering and analytical techniques to strengthen RIViR product features.
  • Apply creativity and innovative thinking to solve challenging technical and process related product capabilities.

Level of Supervision Received: Under close supervision, works closely with manager to prioritize efforts.

Education (can be substituted for experience): Current undergraduate or graduate studies required.

Work Experience (can be substituted for education): 0 - 2 years required; 2 - 4 years preferred
