KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and support Power BI platform functions, including administration, gateway configuration, report deployment, incident support, and platform monitoring
  • Manage a team of MSP individuals to ensure efficient monitoring of data pipelines, rapid incident response, and consistent adherence to SLAs
  • Design and deliver BI solutions such as reports and dashboards, support complex business rules, and provide support for legacy reporting systems
  • Engage with business clients to understand needs and collaborate on solutions and liaise with cross-functional teams on BI and data operations initiatives
  • Utilize database querying skills (Azure Data Bricks, SQL) to ensure accurate data representation and maintain the stability of enterprise BI platforms like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Alteryx
  • Lead operational oversight by monitoring daily BI performance and communicating findings, acting as the primary escalation point for issue resolution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and contributing to strategic roadmap planning
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent BI development experience with proven expertise in Power BI administration, operations, and incident management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • SQL scripting experience is required, along with strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, with a focus on meeting SLAs and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong technical documentation skills and experience contributing to strategic planning and roadmap development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and translate data analysis into actionable insights
