Job Overview As a Staff Product Designer on Omada's new care programs and innovation team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help people make lasting changes to their health. You are not just executing within defined scopes. You help define the problems, shape product direction, and raise the quality bar of what we build. You thrive in ambiguity, proactively advocate for what you need to succeed, and bring a strong point of view grounded in user insight, product thinking, and craft. You deeply understand and champion our users, designing solutions that are thoughtful, elegant, and effective. You are an expert communicator who can influence partners across disciplines and bring teams along in building high-quality experiences. Our tight-knit team of designers is obsessed with creating delightful, engaging, and inclusive programs for lifelong health, medical care, and behavior change. Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $174,800 - $218,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $167,200 - $209,000*. Other states may vary. This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. *The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
