We're Hiring: Production Scheduler

In this role, you'll be the hub connecting Production, Customer Service, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Planning-helping us deliver the right product, at the right time, every time.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory goals.
  • Keep a close eye on finishedgoods inventory to ensure everything is ready when needed.
  • Review schedules daily and make smart adjustments to maintain efficiency.
  • Run shortage reports and add key items into the schedule as needed.
  • Review backorders and share updates with our Customer Service team.
  • Coordinate priority and rush orders with internal partners.
  • Audit production performance to make sure we're sticking to the plan.
  • Track production output and help meet monthly goals.
  • Team up with Warehouse and Inventory on build plans, storage needs, and space planning.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Jump in as backup for production reporting and ordering purchased finished goods.
  • Review daily customer returns for accuracy.
  • Identify and flag slowmoving or obsolete inventory.
  • Communicate proactively with all supporting departments.
  • Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain dependable, consistent attendance.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling and inventory control across multiple product lines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems.
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Great communication skills-written and verbal.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency required (English/Spanish preferred unless stated otherwise).
