GP Strategies Corporation is seeking an onsite Project Manager in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Engage proactively and responsively with team members and stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughtfully and professionally
  • Create detailed, comprehensive project plans for global and local initiatives
  • Help keep the team organized, aligned, and on track toward key deliverables
  • Ensure accuracy of details related to learning events, conferences, and meetings
  • Demonstrate agility and the ability to learn new aspects of the business quickly
  • Anticipate challenges, think ahead, and execute tasks effectively

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; PMP certification is a plus but not required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service capabilities
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize and track tasks
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and adapt to change
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both local teams and global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, public relations, management, consulting, communications, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar or related role

Additional Information

  • Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, generally 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional early start times (as early as 7:00 AM) to support global meetings
    This position requires being onsite five days per week
