As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and access concerns, document observations, and provide a polished customer service experience to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and common areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, tailgating, and/or policy violations, and assist with visitor and delivery check-in processes as assigned.
• Operate CCTV and/or alarm systems when assigned, complete shift reports and incident reports, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
