Job Summary: Seal Coat Foreman Job Description Supervise and provide direction and guidance to field employees on day-to-day operations and activities relating to Seal Coat activities. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise daily operations of one of our Seal Coat Crews including the safety, quality, and personnel management aspects.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The Seal Coat Foreman position requires the ability to operate the following construction equipment: Skid-steer, Paver, and Asphalt Roller. Experience with Paving Roadways, Parking Lots and Repair & Maintenance projects.
