Description & Requirements Marketing Interns will work with the Consulting Marketing Team in various aspects of marketing to support the advancement of Forvis Mazars' expanding Consulting services. They will utilize firm resources to expand brand awareness and visibility, support strategic growth opportunities, leverage data tools for critical insights and enhanced decision-making, and support new products, services, or initiative development. This position can be a remote position. Depending on location, the internship can be both in-person and/or remote. This position will report to the Consulting Marketing Leads of our practice units. How you will contribute: Provide tactical support to help execute a marketing strategy Actively participate in Consulting Marketing team meetings to collaborate with other team members Help with conference planning and logistics Perform market research and competitive intelligence Gather, organize, and analyze internal and external data for strategic marketing purposes Provide support for thought leadership strategy, including newsletters, webinars, and videos Provide support for thought leadership strategy, include newsletters, webinars, and videos Project manage marketing through our Workfront project management system Enter activity and date in Microsoft CRM Other various marketing administrative tasks as assigned We are looking for people with forward vision and: Knowledge of: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Skills and Abilities: Skilled in time management Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Able to adapt and work in new, evolving environments Passion for marketing, business development, and innovation The aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment Excellent relationship-building techniques with an enthusiastic & highly collaborative outlook Well organized - task and detail-oriented Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Aptitude to report to, and work with, multiple team members that are in different locations Qualifications & Requirements: Education Must be at least a Sophomore, capable of working 20-25 hours/week, and pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or related field Minimum GPA of 3.5 in major and overall is required (copy of the unofficial transcript is required) High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 0-1 years of previous relevant experience Applicants for positions with Forvis Mazars must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
