  • Partner with plant leadership to address workforce challenges, support operational goals, and ensure interpretation of policies and CBAs across locations.

  • Influence leadership decisionmaking through credible, experiencebased recommendations.

  • Help deliver training, communications, and manager enablement sessions with the independence expected of a senior generalist.

  • Work with leaders to strengthen their understanding of HR processes, workplace expectations, and application of policies.

  • Be the senior HR advisor for employee and laborrelations matters, providing independent guidance on corrective actions, performance issues, contract interpretation, and workplace conduct.

  • Lead complex workplace investigations with autonomy, determining scope, interviewing involved parties, documenting findings, and recommending outcomes.

  • Independently represent HR in grievance meetings, factfinding sessions, and labormanagement discussions, collaborating with Labor Relations.

  • Build productive relationships with union leadership to resolve issues promptly, support contract compliance, and maintain a stable labor climate.

  • Be the knowledgeable contact for government agencies or outside counsel on matters requiring HR expertise.

  • Operate independently within the sharedresources structure, managing cases across multiple U.S. and Canadian sites and providing expert guidance where higher experience is needed.

  • Provide coverage and support to other locations during escalations, complex ER matters, or resource constraints.

  • Contribute to standardization of processes and materials across the sharedservices team, identifying improvements based on frontline experience.

  • Ensure accurate, case documentation and communication with leaders and HR colleagues.

Qualifications:
