As a Vice President, Wealth Product Solutions, you will provide enterprise leadership for how we design, build, and evolve our Personal Wealth Management offerings. You'll sit within our Personal Wealth Product & Strategy organization, shaping the vision and roadmap for a broad portfolio of wealth solutions. Your work connects market insight, customer needs, and execution to help strengthen Empower's position in a fast-changing wealth management landscape.

What you will do

  • Lead the ideation, evaluation, development, and launch of Personal Wealth Management solutions across the enterprise

  • Define and maintain a clear, multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned to business priorities

  • Partner closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and distribution teams to deliver scalable solutions

  • Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis into product strategy and investment decisions

  • Guide end-to-end product lifecycle execution, from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization

  • Initiate and manage external partnerships that expand wealth product capabilities

  • Support Personal Wealth business development with product expertise and client-facing insights

  • Influence senior leaders through clear, data-driven recommendations

  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful product adoption and outcomes

  • Represent the wealth product portfolio in executive and cross-functional forums

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10+ years of experience in retail financial services with a strong focus on wealth management

  • Proven leadership across the full product lifecycle, from strategy through execution

  • Experience partnering with technology and operations teams to deliver complex solutions

  • Deep understanding of brokerage and cash management platforms

  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with executive stakeholders

  • FINRA registrations including Series 7 and 66, or 63 and 65

  • Ability to balance market insight with disciplined execution in a regulated environment

  • MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced education

  • Experience leading enterprise-level product portfolios

  • Background shaping product strategy in large-scale wealth organizations

  • Success building and managing third-party partnerships

Base Salary Range

$187,000.00 - $271,150.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
