TEKsystems is seeking a highly organized, peoplefocused Project Coordinator to support our Pennsylvania operations. This role is essential to improving efficiency and supporting our Managers and Project Managers by taking ownership of scheduling, customer engagement, administrative coordination, and daytoday operational support. You will become an integral part of a fastgrowing team, stepping into responsibilities currently spread across multiple individuals. Customer & Technician Scheduling * Experience coordinating directly with customers and field technicians * Ability to manage, confirm, and adjust schedules in a fastpaced environment 2. HighVolume Multitasking * Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, tasks, and stakeholders * Strong organizational and followthrough skills 3. FrontOffice & Team Support * Comfortable taking inbound calls and assisting with customer requests * Providing support to internal teams, coordinating office needs, and ensuring smooth daytoday operations 4. RightHand Support to Managers & PMs * Acting as a trusted partner to leadership * Anticipating needs and driving followthrough on critical tasks Overall: We're looking for a jackofalltrades who loves being the goto person to keep everything running smoothly. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
