Position Summary:

The National Field Manager (Manager) oversees the performance of Amplity APDS Clinical Educators (Educators), ensuring program goals and metrics are met. The Manager uses data to make business decisions and manages hiring, performance, and administration, and expenses. They collaborate with Client leadership to support program goals, remove barriers, and drive strategic improvements. The Manager builds relationships internally and externally, effectively coaches the Educators and ensures alignment and engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

* Collaborate with Client's Director of Patient Advocacy, legal, regulatory, medical information, sales, market access, and other cross-functional colleagues.

* Develop and lead a team of field-based medical professionals across the United States.

* Provide continuous guidance, training, and mentorship to the Educators.

* Coordinate training, activities, and communications for the Educators, assisting in their professional development.

* Acts as the lead in CRM development, enhancements, and is responsible for reporting from data collected within the CRM

* Reviews and approves educator field activities based on the program direction and ensuring events align with the client's goals

* Manage contract deliverables and field operations of Educators.

* Conduct field visits and assessments, using data to monitor and improve performance.

* Ensure budgetary compliance with expense reporting.

* Serve as communication lead to the team, field, Client, and internal staff.

* Participate in client and team meetings to update progress and suggest solutions.

* Verify and validate changes due to launch, realignment, transfers, and performance management.

* Ensure the team has the necessary equipment and communication support.

* Provide opportunities for professional growth.

* Drive the development of high-performing Educators, including hiring, recruiting, and ongoing

performance assessment.

* Partner with Group Heads to execute field strategy and provide direction to the team.

* Monitor and measure KPIs, providing feedback to Educators.

* Delivers quarterly business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.

* Establish and maintain partnerships to ensure strategic alignment and gather feedback.

* Create and implement tactical plans to achieve Client and corporate goals.

* Communicate team objectives to promote teamwork and shared goals.

* Address issues through corrective action processes.

* Monitor compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.

* Provide input into national resource allocation and decisions.

* Complete all required training within timelines.

* Identify performance issues and new opportunities.

* Other responsibilities as needed.

Education and Skill Sets:

Required:

* A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required).

* RN, NP, PA with valid license.

* Pharmaceutical commercial experience and management of field-based CNEs or similar.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

* Ability to develop and execute plans against objectives.

* Effective communication and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Zoom.

* Proficiency in Salesforce a plus.

* Access to a major airport.

* Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

* Successful background check.

* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred:

* Master's degree in nursing highly preferred

* Master's degree in related area i.e. MBA, PA

* Rare disease experience.

* Experience working for outsourcing companies/CSOs.

Credentialing Requirements:

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Company's expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses. This list may be subject to change, including the potential for additions or modifications. In the event of any significant changes, you will be notified accordingly.
