Position Summary

The Strategy Analyst supports the Director, Strategy in planning, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives across the health system. This role is responsible for conducting market, financial, and operational analysis, managing project deliverables, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive measurable growth and operational improvement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

Core Responsibilities

  • Analytical Support

    • Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

    • Prepare business cases, financial models, and pro formas for new initiatives and projects.

    • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track project and process performance.

  • Project Management

    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.

    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure successful completion.

    • Identify and help resolve project issues, risks, and barriers.

    • Performs any and all other duties as necessary to support departmental and organizational goals.

  • Collaboration & Facilitation

    • Work closely with executives, clinical leaders, project teams, and internal/external stakeholders.

    • Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

    • Assist in preparing presentations and communications for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Apply data-driven insights and lean principles to support operational improvement and innovation.

    • Participate in ad hoc strategic and operational work as assigned (e.g., time studies, playbooks, white papers, acquisition research).

  • Operational & Financial Support

    • Assist in evaluating operational feasibility, capacity, and market demand for new programs.

    • Support the assessment of investment requirements, staffing models, and ROI for strategic initiatives.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
