Description

    Coordinating daily administrative functions, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive staff
  • Preparing and processing documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Managing filing systems and data records to ensure the organization, confidentiality, and accessibility of critical information
  • Facilitating effective communication between various departments and external contacts, ensuring timely dissemination of information
  • Supporting preparation and logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events in compliance with contract and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support senior leadership through efficient administrative operations
  • Proficient in drafting, editing, and managing correspondence and documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy
  • Skilled in utilizing office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and digital filing systems to streamline workflow
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance


Desired Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with scheduling and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, or similar collaboration software) to enhance office productivity
  • Experience with project coordination and basic financial tracking to support departmental budgeting and resource planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt to evolving technologies and administrative procedures for continuous process improvement

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
