Description

    Overseeing inventory management activities, ensuring accurate recording and tracking of materials and supplies through established systems
  • Coordinating procurement and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods in alignment with operational needs
  • Preparing detailed logistical reports and documentation, addressing stock levels, procurement issues, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborating with warehouse teams, contractors, and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues and implement process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and DoD policies during procurement, inventory, and distribution activities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a supply technician role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to analyze and coordinate logistical operations, including acquisition, tracking, distribution, and inventory management of materials and supplies within DoD frameworks
  • Skilled in utilizing inventory control systems and tools to track procurement status, manage stock levels, and identify discrepancies
  • Proficient in preparing technical and logistical reports, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle, for streamlined tracking and inventory reporting
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate logistics processes and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve logistical issues
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards specific to government contracting and DoD supply chain requirements

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
