We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Procore's Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. In this role, you'll provide technical leadership to our operations team while collaborating with engineering teams, product managers, and architects to design, build, and manage Procore's streaming data platform. You'll lead strategic initiatives, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence across our infrastructure. As a technical leader, you'll play a crucial role in setting architectural direction and ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance. This role reports to a Senior Engineering Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office. This position requires US citizenship to work on FedRAMP-compliant projects. Candidates must be eligible to work on federal government projects requiring FedRAMP authorization. What you'll do:
Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
