Description

    Conducting comprehensive analyses of operational processes and organizational performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and contract requirements
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations for process optimization and cost reduction
  • Collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of improvement initiatives and align resources with organizational goals
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts by tracking performance data, conducting follow-up reviews, and adjusting strategies to drive long-term operational excellence

Requirements

  • Five plus years experience in a management analyst role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze organizational operations and processes in alignment with contractual requirements and performance metrics
  • Proficient in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to assess current practices, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
  • Skilled in leveraging data analysis and research techniques to develop cost-effective, actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Possess an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics, statistical software, and business intelligence tools to enhance operational review and forecasting
  • Proven experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and innovation within complex organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of analytical reports and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams and mentor junior analysts
