Description

    Managing daily business operations to ensure alignment with contract objectives and seamless workflow in high-tempo environments
  • Reviewing and preparing project and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
  • Applying project experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, QA testing, or acquisition and resource management
  • Coordinating cross-functional initiatives, effectively liaising with project teams and stakeholders to drive timely resolution of operational challenges
  • Analyzing operational data and performance metrics to identify process inefficiencies and recommending targeted improvements
  • Implementing and monitoring compliance with contract requirements, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports, status updates, and data-driven insights to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience investigating, analyzing, planning, designing, developing, testing, or evaluating communication systems and networks
  • Minimum of one year of experience shall be related to the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of communication systems, networks, or technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple operational projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and operational metrics to drive informed decision making
  • Proven ability to maintain strict compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management
  • Possess an Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months


Desired Skills

  • Proficiency in advanced business and project management software applications (e.g., ERP systems, MS Project) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive cost-effective improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in coordinating diverse teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data insights into strategic business actions
  • Familiarity with emerging industry trends and technology advancements to support innovative operational practices


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
