Description

    Conducting comprehensive analyses of current information systems to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Evaluating system performance through detailed data analysis, ensuring solutions align with contract objectives and DoD standards
  • Collaborating with project teams to implement system enhancements and facilitate efficient technology integration
  • Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation, maintaining up-to-date records of system configurations and changes
  • Serving as a liaison between technical specialists and management to ensure clear communication of system requirements and project status

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in a computer systems analyst role
  • one or more years of experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex system performance based on contractual requirements and operational metrics
  • Proven expertise in gathering and interpreting system specifications to develop and implement effective technical solutions
  • Skilled in utilizing advanced systems analysis tools and methodologies to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements
  • Possess an Active DoD Top Secret security clearance


Desired Skills

  • Proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks, advanced data modeling, and simulation software to support comprehensive system evaluations
  • Familiarity with industry-standard diagrammatic and documentation tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) to enhance technical communications and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively interface between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience in managing large-scale system integration projects and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
