Description

    Assisting in the installation, calibration, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and industry standards
  • Conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components to maintain optimal functionality and reliability
  • Analyzing technical documentation and engineering schematics to support accurate setup and modification of system configurations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to address system issues, implementing design improvements, and sustaining operational readiness
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of maintenance activities, test results, and corrective actions to facilitate continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Familiarity with electrical design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE) to enhance system analysis and validation
  • Exposure to modern control systems and automation technologies for process improvement and troubleshooting efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving technical requirements
  • Effective communication skills to support seamless collaboration with engineering teams and end-users


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, PSpice) to enhance design efficiency and system validation
  • Demonstrated leadership ability or mentorship in guiding junior engineering staff through technical challenges and process improvements
  • Experience in applying process improvement methodologies to streamline maintenance and troubleshooting activities
  • Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic software or data logging tools to monitor and optimize electrical system performance

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
