This position is a hybrid remote position requiring local travel to our facilities in and around New Bedford, MA, Fall River, MA, Wareham, MA, and Fairhaven, MA. HRBP's partner closely with managers and provide human resources advice, coaching, development and support to their assigned client groups. Provide employees the insights they need to navigate all things HR. The HRBP has a direct impact on employee satisfaction with HR's services and brand within the organization.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. | |
