Facilitate and CI events/activities.
Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead or participate in continuous improvement (CI) events throughout the facility to help to improve processes. * Help implement process improvement activities throughout the facility. * Helps to identify potential CI events. * Verification of effectiveness of process improvements. * Support safety & environmental efforts to better serve our employees and community * Ensure continuous communication occurs between employees, management, support staff, other KI divisions and customers as necessary. * Identify and implement potential cost reductions. * Supports and role models Vision and Guiding Principles. * Support our Environmental Management System (EMS) * Follows all safety guidelines and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary. * Follow and support the Quality Systems * All other assigned duties | |
