Type of Opportunity: Full timeFTE: 0.9Job Exempt: NoWork Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America)Responsibilities: Job Description Our Progressive Care team is looking for a Charge RN to join its team. Charge RN will work under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care The unit cares for patients with complications from chronic diseases such as diabetes, to post-op orthopedic patients, evaluation of those with cardiac changes, providing life saving interventions, collaborating with other specialties, and educating patients and family members. Our unit features large private rooms each with standard lift equipment and bedside computers that allow physicians and nurses instant access to medical records at bedside. Collaboration, teamwork and attentiveness to the needs of each patient are key components to the excellent care provided to our patient populations at Rust Medical Center. Qualifications:
Specialty Certifications: Specialty Certifications in area of practice preferred
