GENERAL FUNCTION

The NPI Data Processor will act as the eyes and ears of engineering on the production floor. They will operate in a fast paced production environment observing builds and creating reports to report out to the engineering org and others.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Validate BOM, Routing, barcode labels are correct before build.
  • Monitor every build per the NPI build checklist
  • Validate Lens install force and Tip to tip measurements on every build
  • Create and release NPI report for any new SKU qualification build
  • Facilitate RCCM meetings
  • Distribute all material once build and analysis are complete



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing production environment
  • Experience in using Microsoft Tools - Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Ability to collect, interpret and explain data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Understanding of Oakley Operations processes
  • Understanding of assembly parts, bill of materials and assembly processes
  • Experience with SAP highly desired



Pay Range:19.14-29.31
